A message board (The Green Screen) is associated with the site. On average, it gets over 150,000 visits per month. These are actual visits, and not “page views”! See last two months' visit stats in left column.

ADVERTISING PACKAGES ON WOEN

OPTION 1: $1.00 per day. Your Ad on at least one page of the web site (NOT THE GREEN SCREEN). The Ad can be up to 250 x 200 pixels; a 225 x 80 pixel ad, however, is likely to get on more pages, including the home page when space is available! One month minimum!

OPTION 2: $2.00 per day puts your display AD on the WOEN home page 24/7, the highest traffic area on the site other than the Green Screen itself, PLUS for every three (3) days you run this option you will get 1 day on the Green Screen. That is up to nine (9) days of random placement on the Green Screen per month, at our discretion, of course. The max size for a Green Screen AD is 225 x 80 pixels. One month minimum!

OPTION 3: $5.00 per day puts your display ad on the Green Screen 24/7. With a 10-day buy we will put the ad on the home page and throughout the web site also. (Moreover, upon request and the payment of $50 we will build a single web page for you and link the smaller ad to it. This is good if you have a lot of information you want to display. The $50 fee for a simple web page construction and hosting for the run of your ad is a one time charge.) There is no run time minimum for an Option 3 Ad alone.

OPTION 4: Our maximum promotion package! $10.00 per day gets a large graphic and/or unlimited text message in a post locked at the top of the Green Screen (never scrolls off). There is a one time $50 design-construction-typing-hosting-set-up fee for this option if we have to build the ad. No charge if you send the ad in a usuable format. With a 10-day run of your ad a smaller graphic ad will also go throughout the web site, including on our Classified Ad pages, and anywhere else we can think of that will promote your ad or message. We will also build/host a web page upon request, e. g. a menu, or inventory list, etc. if you run this ad for at least one (1) month. Otherwise, there is no run minimum.

NOTE: We will link your ad with us to any site if you provide us with the URL. (Link means the user will be taken to that web site when he/she clicks on your ad.)

BIRTHDAY SCROLLS, ETC.: A short happy birthday greeting or announcement scrolling at the top of the Green Screen is $25.00 for a one-color, plain text against colored background or no background. Large, multi-color text scroll is $55.00. (These scrolls are typically up less than 24 hours, morning to evening.)

HOW WE COUNT DAYS: The 1st day your ad is posted counts as one day no matter what time of the day it goes up. The last day your ad is to run generally is an abbreviated day also and depends on the webmaster's schedule and whereabouts. The rest of the days are a full 24 hours. ISP downtimes, yours or mine, of less than 24 hours doesn’t figure in. If we’re off-line more than 24 hours you will be credited for that day.

DESIGN

You can design your own ad and submit it via e-mail. Or you can give us the essential copy, logos, preferred colors, other particulars and we will design and build the ad for you. We charge nothing for first time basic ad constructions for Options 1, 2, & 3; after the first, however, new constructions or re-designs, major changes, etc. our charge is $50. Finally, including scroll messages (see example in left column) or animations to your basic ad we charge a one time fee of $50.00.

BILLING

We require that you pay for an ad in advance. We will, however, start your ad on your promise that payment is on the way. But we won't wait on payment beyond the time it would take for snail mail to deliver your check or money order. We will bill via e-mail for continuing ads. Print that e-mail for a hard copy/invoice if you require one.

We prefer being paid instantly via PayPal. It is safe, reliable and convenient. Clicking on the "Buy Now" button (bottom-left of this page) will take you to a PayPal page with our information already filled in. You will get a warning about "a nonsecure item".
